Return Policy

The idea behind Cuptakes is not only the design and style, but your whole experience from start to finish! We hope to exceed your expectations as we continue to build a relationship with you through our Satisfaction Customer Guarantee. You may return any item(s) purchased from the Cuptakes Store for any reason within the first thirty 30 days from the date of shipment. We will gladly exchange your product (equal or lesser value), or give you a full refund (excluding the shipping cost), whichever you prefer.

The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging, and returned in the same new condition as when sold to you, including all the packaging. We do not charge re-stocking fees. Your only cost for returning the case(s) is the cost of shipping your product back to us.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We do not accept any postage due return shipments.  The customer is responsible for the costs to ship the product back to Cuptakes.  We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers package tracking.
